while your in internet options you can check the advanced tab(i presume you are using win xp) and verify that all the options you need are allocated there

Try Firefox not Netscape.

You will however still have to resolve your problems because you still need IE to connect to windows update for updates (and your system and IE is in need of update).
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.2.6105 (build 24.2.8918.824) UI 1.0.799/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

When you posted that log, am i right in saying you used v1.98.2?, because this is an old version of hijackthis, the newest version is 1.99.0 and you can get it from this link Here (it may find more stuff)

Also haver you tryed updating windows and IE though windows update, as it appears to be out of date. (www.windowsupdate.com)

Also i would suggest giving Firefox browser a try as DavidR suggested, as this browser seems to be more 'secure' then the rest.
You can get Firefox from this link Here

Better set them all back to default.
