i just got my new 2y avast internet securety today, its installed but it ask to renew my antivirus also is that necesary

The AIS include the antivirus, that should not be updated separately.
Where did you buy the AIS license?

Maybe you should try an installation from scratch (uninstall/boot/install+add your license/boot).
Where did you buy the license?
