actualize el antivirus y no me deja activarlo!!!!

Hola, actualice el antivirus ( uso la version gratis) porque me informaba que habia una versión nueva ( 7.0.1456) y ahora no logro activarlo .!!!!!!

me enviaron por mail una clave que debo colocar en la pestaña "mantenimiento" y luego en "registro"

bien,  no existe la pestaña "registro" ....es decir, tengo la contraseña peor no tengo donde pegarla..

como hago???
