I am not sure what all this crap is about with changing the name of products and what they can run on and such, but as an Avast reseller who started selling Avast because it was easy and I didn't have to dig around forums to make it work, I am getting quite disgruntled!
I have a client that has been running Avast for years, we recently upgraded them to BPP, then to EPP, now NONE of the machines show up in the admin console.
I am not sure WTF is going on here, but Kaspersky is starting to look like a good option here!
