Please help me, my son was trying to look up something and all of the sudden the alarm went off stating that we were infected by a virus. I tried the options that it gave me but I couldn't delete it, I couldn't repair it, all I could do is put it in the chest. I went onto the web site and downloaded the "virus cleaner" but as it scans my computer it locks up when it gets to the "shared memory" file. .. please help me. On my log viewer it says that ... Sign of Win:32 Exdl (Adw)....
