Because of problems since build .1456 I've been (un)installing .1456 and .1426 for days now. And every time I install .1456 and I go into Settings and enable a password two things happen when I reboot:

1. The welcome message Protected by avast! antivirus shows up (and the option to Show welcome message on Windows boot screen (Windows 7 only) is enabled);

2. The option Show special scans in avast! user interface is also enabled.

When I uncheck and reboot, both options stay unchecked.

Windows 7 Home Premium x64 SP1, all updates

Edit: Is there somewhere "official" where bugs can be reported? (Because avast! staff clearly ignores bug reports that are posted here...)

Edit 2: I upgraded Fx to 14.x, deleted avast! .1426, installed .1456 and now everything seems to work fine.  ???
