I purchased avast!Internet Security as a part of an upgrade. It won't allow me to start the avast! Firewall. I had to go back and download the free version of avast!7, and now, I don't have access to avast!Internet Security which cost me $19.99 on my Visa. I can't get into technical support to submit a ticket/work order. Is this normal for this site to "not support" their product?
