After installing the Pro v7 successfully all shields running, a reboot of the system results in the webshield not function noting error 10092.   The FIXIT  did not resolve.   Did a clean install and still having the same problem.  This is on an XP Pro SP3.  Not really finding anything on the 10092 that is more current than 2005.

try this: start > control panel > software > avast > add/remove > repair
reboot after that.

Also let us know if you have/had any other malware remover(s) on your system and if yes which one(s) (e.g. norton, avg, etc)
