Cannot reinstall....please help.

I had Avast 4 Home installed on my XP Pro machine.  I uninstalled it using the avclear4 utility.  Now I cannot reinstall it!  I get "error 20000008 Not enough user rights to continue".  

The view setup log shows...

Oh yeah, I'm logging in using remote desktop connection as an administrator.  Not sure if that matters.

Can you manually create such a key (HKLM\Software\ALWIL Software\TestSetup) using a regedit, logged in using same credentials?
