Help Request: Trojan Rootkit Detected. (logs attached)
« on: July 19, 2012, 08:31:49 AM »
Attached are my logs for OTL, MBAM,  and aswMBR.

Can somebody please take a look at these logs and come up with a FIX?

Also upon trying to run a scan with ComboFix I seem to never have it complete.  After 20 mins of running my computer stops responding but isn't totally frozen.  I will still get movement on my screen from the mouse.

Any help is much appreciated!

Hi,

Please download TDSSKiller.zip
  • Extract it to your desktop
  • Double click TDSSKiller.exe
  • when the window opens, click on Change Parameters
  • under ”Additional options”, put a check mark in the box next to “Detect TDLFS File System”
  • click OK
  • Press Start Scan
    • Only if Malicious objects are found then ensure Cure is selected
    • Then click Continue > Reboot now
  • Attach the log in your next reply
    • A copy of the log will be saved automatically to the root of the drive (typically C:\)

Thank You.  I will do what you have suggested and reply with my results.

It seems lately I definatley am infected with malware because whether I run Mozilla or Chrome, all my google search links redirect me to advertisements and such.
