remove Malicious URL Blocked popup

This red box from avast! MALICIOUS URL BLOCKED notification will not let me close it move it or hide it. I cannot perform certain things on computer due to this. Please help me remove message from my screen.

Red box should be a toaster pop-up and should disappear in about 20 seconds or so.  Screenshot of red box will help.  If not seeing toaster drop-down, something else likely is going on.

Version of avast!?  8.0.xxxx?
