You made the statement that your account got hacked.   What makes you think that

"IF" your account was hacked how is it you are still using it? The first thing a hcaker wold do is change the password and prevent you signing in.

Well first I tried to log into my account with my password.. not working.. then I tried to reset with my secret question.. didnt work so someone changed that too.. then I sent a email so I can reset.. I have a 2 step verification for my email so its hard to hack so thats how I got back onto it..

You forgetting your password and the answer to the secret question isn't an indication of a hacked account.
If you're serious about deleting your forum account, simply request it and one of the moderators can accommodate you.
