Weird message on - Start Avast! Antivirus

Hi
Getting a weird message on starting avast, displays the Splash screen for memory/start up check OK and then stops and presents a box showing the following message:

Unknown Error (in box) and then this message;
Application cannot load skin.  Function "usiGetSkin" Failed.

Message appears exactly as I have written it, capital letters and all.

Any ideas, I have re-installed Avast and it went OK at first, but, it is now doing it again.

Followed a few threads including one of Eddy's and all now OK.
