Question about decompression bomb...

I'm using Avast free for mac, running OS X version 10.4.7 and when I last scanned a decompression bomb file popped up...

/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/MediaKit.framework/Versions/A/Loaders/MKDrivers.bundle/Contents/Resources/bootroot.loader|>bootroot.loader.dmg

Should I be worried about this file?
