Help: firewall rules for ashmaisv.exe

Hi, I have just insalled Avast!4.5 Home Edition on Win98se.
I am a new user :)
Well, while i am browsing, my firewall (Agnitum Outpost 1.0 free) shows this message:

What have I to do? I have to allow or block this connection attempt?
Please, can you indicate the firewall rules for ashmaisv.exe?

ashmaisv.exe is the part of Avast, that takes care of mail scanning. So if you want your mails to be scanned, allow it.
