in the icq allerts what should i put ?
the uin or the ip ?
to send an allerts messages???

As you can read in the HELP that comes with Avast :

ICQ. The alert will be sent as an ICQ message. Enter the UIN of the ICQ client to send to warning to.

yes but should i have installed icq? right???

Of cource you need ICQ for that to work or a program capable of immulating ICQ
I can suggest Trillian. It's capable of
replacing most IM programs. I use Trillian Basic which is free.
