disguise app
« on: August 08, 2012, 11:16:05 AM »
I've just installed this onto my galaxy s3 and all seems well apart from my understanding that a disguise app would appear in my app list, which it hasn't.

Also, I understood that I would only be able to access the anti theft part by calling my password, but actually I can just access it through the security icon and clicking on anti theft,  although obviously I have to input my password.

So what's the point of all this cloak and dagger stuff?  Why is there an obvious link from the security list?

Pointless?  Or am I missing something?

Hi,

you can uninstall avast! Mobile Security if you don't like you can access the Anti-Theft using it (you can password protect Mobile Security as well). Then you will be able to access the Anti-Theft by calling your password only.

Thats another issue with AMS and AT..

Like the topic creator said its very easy to just open AMS and find the anti-theft app and he'd know whats up with the phone. Disguse the AT app from AMS as well:)

Hi,

tried to suggest that with no luck, sorry.

But in that case just leave AMS password protected so nobody knows what is and what is not inside.
