ERROR WHEN INSTALLING AVAST!

Hello,
HELP!!! 

I had purchased avast! and when i try to installing it i had the following error:
1) You are trying to use and old versión of avast! Setup
Instead of using the packages stores in this file, the installer will download and use the latest setup fron Internet

2)SETUP GIU was not initialized succesfully

I removed the oldest version from avast! first using add/remove and then aswclear
