Probably this was a IP check, because of: http://www.e-fensive.net/malware.pests
There was unknown html malware found, there for half an hour of activity but this has been closed on 2012-07-09 at 02:32:35

If you have not already done so, you first need to use the AVG ininstaller I mentioned and to which Bob gave the link.
As I also mentioned before, the remains of AVG could be causing at least part of the problem.

I've completely uninstalled AVG.. But I'm still getting a "threat detection" on my website and I cannot find any threat on it whatsoever.  :o

According to VW this malware had been up from 2012-07-09 02:00:50 until 2012-07-09 02:32:35, recent status: closed - malware SWF:Downloader-AK Expl,
30% detection: e.g. avast detected this as SWF:Downloader-AK [Expl],

You can report a possible FP here: http://www.avast.com/contact-form.php?loadStyles
Then you have to wait for the avast analysts to lift the block if they find the site is no longer suspicious/malicious.
Then you have to wait for a next update for this to be realized,

Twice a day, generally.
That does not mean each update will have all the known corrections. Sometimes, it takes a little longer. Please, post back if necessary.
