Command doesn't get through

I am testing beta 2 on two of my HTC DesireZ mobiles running ICS 4.0.4 (CM9) and one the brand new Jelly Bean 4.1.1 (CM10 unoffical). With both Theft Aware has the problem connection and transmitting a new commands when the mobile is sleeping. It need up to ten tries to get one command through!
What's going wrong?

next beta version will have a diagnostics tool built in please stay tuned.
