I'm pretty sure it isn't malware related, since a Full Scan from Malwarebytes and a Boot-time scan from avast! come up with no infections. I'll do that guide later, since I'm currently busy using the computer for other means. But I'd still like some info as this started AFTER removing avast! and re-downloading it. The BSOD happened after avast! was installed the second time.
