where do I go to find a order I placed for a 2 years subscription

I need help, I bought a 2 yr Avast virus protection back in Nov 2011 and saved it to my desk top and it was suppose to be for my laptop,I have tried copying to a disc so I could install on my laptop and it would not work, need to know where I can go to get it again. I have never installed it and still have15 months that I have already paid for and cant use     Please help me
