Wouldn,t be easier if you download Avast setup file and safe it to USB?

or why not just download it directly to the new computer 
if this is avast pro or ais then you insert the same license file as you used on the first computer....
if free, then just register


OBS: important .....since this is a new computer as you say, they often come with a preinstalled trail AV.
like 60/90 day trail version of Norton / McAfee / Trend Micro. this must be removed before installing avast

it is also recomended to run the a removal tool to clear any leftover files that may conflict
