At bootup with tasksheduler?
NOT possible.

At bootup with a 3rd party sheduler?
Never seen one who could do it.

At bootup?
Yes it is possible, but you need to know a lot about programming.

Not really... It's just editing (manually or with proper script) a Windows Registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Session Manager\\BootExecute

Tru Technical but,
Quote
i would like to make tasks and run for example every week and the pc turn on!

the scan application must know if it is the correct day to scan or not and that will need programming skills, or at least knowledge of batch programming or something simulair.

Sorry... you're right... My solution is for 'every' boot and not scheduling...
