Scan Exclusions
« on: August 28, 2012, 03:01:38 AM »
If a program is added to the File System Shield Settings> Exclusions with the Read, Write, and Execute box checked, should I see the Systray icon rotate when I run that program?  It does, but I would think that it shouldn't since it is being excluded from the scan.
By the way, these Captchas are really hard to read.  Do we really need them!!!

Depends on what exactly you put into the exclusions and what the program is loading - it may be loading a number of libraries, both inside and outside of its folder (and than may be scanned).

Thanks...  I assume that if there was only one file than the icon would NOT spin.

OK I agree.  Some are so bad that a human can only get it right less than 50% of the time.  My tendency is to avoid those sites.
