A pop up nothing can get rid of?

I have malwarebytes, used all the programs suggested on your virus site & still cannot get rid of this pop up.
here it is

C:\PROGRA~2\BEARSH~1\MediaBar\Datamngr\x64\IEBHO.dll

I have searched & asked and no one seems to know what it is or where it came from.

Any help would be appreciated. I dont want to have to try a clean install unless necessary?

Did you install the BearShare MediaBar?
It appears to be a particularly annoying toolbar that doesn't always prompt for install.
Is there an entry in "Add/Remove Programs" for it? This should allow uninstall and the popup should be gone. It also never hurts to check for other baddies; see http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0 for instructions.

Download AdwCleaner > click search > when the log pops up, click delete > when done reboot
