avast update in Sudan

some days ago i can update my avast normally without proxy in Sudan is this forever or just a truce and you are going to block as again with our friends in Iran, Cuba ...?

Avast Updates - Banned Countries:
 It seems to be correct, Sudan is on the list of countries where this sanction is applied, see this post http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=98853.msg789135#msg789135.

So it would appear that somehow this managed to get an update but not a temporary reprieve, as far as I'm aware the Sudan hasn't been removed from the list of sanctioned countries.
