does anyone know how to get rid of it? Avast doesn't pick it up..

It seems you made a trendmicro onlinescan, write down all  files it reports as infected and delete them in Windows safe mode, or if you know the names shown up in the Taskmanager  terminat them and delete it(it should be possible.
And do not forget to send a sample to virus@avast.com !;)
