I finally found a proggie that fixed this problem...
turn off system retore
Go to
www.download.comtype in the search for AD Aware SE...
Download this program and follow the instructions
Once the proggie scans your system
right click in the window and select the check all and click next
the proggie will quarantine file and then delete them.
reboot.
Next go to control panel and then add and remove programs.
look for programs you do not recognize
remove any that are toolbar related and then run the ad aware scan again. repeat this proceedure till your system is completely clean.
It took me 5 times to get rid of the files associated with wintools
After your system will have no crap on it and it will run smoothly. re run the proggie a couple times a week to clean this stuff off your system...
The virus is gone and once it is go back and turn on system restore and create a restore point...
I hope this helps, as I had 805 bad files from this trojan it took several rebooots to clean it all out...
but it is all Good now...
