Help With JS:Iframe-EX [Trj]

Hello, Today I ran full scans using Avast, Malwarebytes, & Spy-bot the results was 0% Infected!!! :)
Then I was looking for Carolina Panthers Backgrounds & and this popped up  :-[

Infection:
JS:Iframe-EX [Trj]

Am I safe or what do you recommend?

Because avast! blocked the script, you are not infected by it. ;)
