win32 Dumaru [wrm]

For the past week Avast AV has intercepted 3 emails a day supposedly from "Microsoft Security" with the heading " install this security patch immediately".
The AV reports  the virus as being  Win32 Dumaru [wrm].

Does any one here know about this worm? I can't find any info in the virus database but I can't imagine Microsoft being that concerned about the welfare of my computer that they would send me a personal email
