cant connect to avast! account

i have just update avast and avast anti-theft to 2.0. version on sony ericsson xperia x10 mini pro, android version 2.1.1.A.0.6
so i restart mobile after update, go to avast-antitheft-set up basic settings-avast! account and enter my username, password and phone number (i registrated before on my.avast.com) and when i press CONNECT it shows me ni 1/10 sec "setting up phone google account registration..." and its it. i also try to register new account with new mail same problem again. so what to do?

there is an error box missing. Android 2.1 is not supported by Google Cloud Messaging and can therefore not be connected to the account. The error message will be fixed in next update.

so after error message is fixed in next update will i be able to connect to avast! account even Android 2.1 is not supported by Google Cloud Messaging?

That message..I think i had the same on my S3 with 4.0.4 ICS but now I know why it doesnt work on my sisters Mini Pro hehe.
