any of SOA and AEA Admin Guide

some body know where to get the SOA or AEA admin guide?

I know avast SOA and AEA was easy to use, but maybe there is a tips and trick that people using avast administration doesn't know

Above all else watch your firewalls. So many issues arise just because of the communication ports being blocked, especially if your Admin Server is on a different Subnet than some of your clients.
