Neither. Follow these steps:

1. Disable Autoruns via Windows Control Panel
2. Immunize your USB stick with Bit Defender USB Immunizer

Placing a "disable autorun" on your USB stick is a very protective means of securing yourself.

Mayflower, the MCShield is interactive and use heuristics. The drawback could be false positive detections.
Panda uses immunization and must be "applied" to each new USB drive you insert.
