Reporting Terrible Customer Service by Element5

I have been using Avast free for ages. Been an Avast Internet Security for more than a year with no probs.

Recently I purchased a Laptop for which I wanted to use Avast's Internet Security as well due to be a satisfied user for the time being.

I ordered Internet Security 1 Year-3 Pcs Licence. Element 5 notified me On September 18 at 19:02 EST the order numer which was 424619085.

Clearly on their email they state they will be contacting me via E-mail in between 4 and 24 hours at most, thing which never occured.

I wrote on September 19 at 18:20 EST to (sales@avast.com) that since I have not received a notification from Element5, I wanted my order cancelled Inmediately.

Wrote on the same day September 19 at 21:32 EST to (support-spa@element5.com) the exact same thing I wrote to (sales@avast.com), that I wanted my order cancelled because they took longer than the 24 hours expected to receive response.

Element5 acknowledged my email request with an automated response (Ticket-KMM46073356I11273L0KM)  saying they will give response to my requests as soon as possible, fact that never occured...

Avast Sales represantive wrote to me on September 20 at 05:52 EST that order 424619085 was not paid and will be cancelled within 30 days (A very clear misinformation between Avast Sales Department and Element 5 sales department).

Now being September 21 at 09:21 EST I am receiving the Email confirming the charge to my AMEX card, without any apologies whatsoever..

2 and a half business days after making my order via avast official site (and via the upgrade trial Internet Security Licence, from avast client) I get charged without any response neither from avast-sales, nor from element5 sales.

I am really considering refusing the order, and never buying Avast again given this terrible customer service.
