aswMBR will only save as .txt and OTL still dont do anything.

OTL wouldnt run in safemode.....

Could you try this version of OTL...  If it fails then I will look at another one

Download OTL  to your Desktop by right clicking the link and selecting save as

OK at what stage did it fail ?

Please download DDS and save it to your desktop.

• Disable any script blocking protection
• Double click dds.scr to run the tool.
• When done, DDS.txt will open.
• Click Yes at the next prompt for Optional Scan.
  
• Save both reports to your desktop

Download ComboFix from one of the following locations:

• Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.
  
• Accept the disclaimer and allow to update if it asks

• When finished, it shall produce a log for you.
• Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply.[/b]
  

Notes:
1. Do not mouse-click Combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
2. Do not "re-run" Combofix. If you have a problem, reply back for further instructions.
3.  If after the reboot you get errors about programmes being marked for deletion then reboot, that will cure it.

FINE BUT MY MUSIC ,,MOVIES AND PHOTOS ARE STILL NOT  IN THE DOCU SECTION AND ONLY WAY TO ACCESS THEM IS DOING A SEARCH . IF I GO TO DOCU NOW ALL I GET FROM MUSIC ,VIDEO AND PICTURES ARE JUST SAMPLES IN THE FOLDERS...

Can you manually copy them to the correct folder ?
