please check hijackthis log
« on: September 27, 2012, 02:11:53 AM »
About 2 days ago my EA origin account was hacked into and they changed the password and email on it. Today I tried to email EA support about it and in the middle of writing my message I get a message from google saying that another user has signed in from the same browser and it kicks me off of gmail. I was able to log back on and finish the message but it really made me paranoid. Can someone check my hijack this log and see if there's anything suspicious on it.

HijackThis is not all that useful nowadays as many new malwares can evade its detection.
Follow the instructions here.

I've already ran an OTL and aswMBR scan and posted the logs a few days ago and the guy helping me said that there was nothing. I just uninstalled and reinstalled malwarebytes and its scanning right now. Will post log when its done.

Did you change your password ? And is it the same password for both ?

Again no sign of a key logger or anything like that

There is nothing showing in those logs that indicate a key logger

We can run an offline deep virus scan but it will take several hours and require you to burn a CD

I guess I was just being paranoid and if everything looks fine then I don't think there's a need to look into it any further. If I experience any issues in the future we can maybe try the deep virus scan. Thanks for all your help.
