well....possible that avast and adfender is scanning that website at the same time and that is why avast see adfender as the process ?

anyway, that URL and exe file is bad

I am testing malware using sandboxie and I noticed that adfender has been a process for quite a few sites Avast blocked/files quarantine.

Adfender and a lot of other filtering programs are local content-filtering HTTP proxy servers, so all your traffic in your browser goes through adfender. That's why it shows adfender in the malware warning instead of your browser. Turn off adfender, and go to the same sites, and the malware warning should say your browser instead of adfender.
