My malwarebytes just found this,         Trojan.Fakesig     C\Program File\AVAST Software\Avasf\stzone\avutil-51.dll

I have Avast-Pro & Malwarebytes-Pro versions installed and my Malwarebytes detected this also:

C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast\sfzone\avutil-51.dll (Trojan.Fakesig)

Can anybody help please? Thank you.
