Ich sehe, daß du außer avast! auch Avira installiert hast.
Bitte Avira deinstallieren und danach den RegCleaner von Avira ausführen: http://www.avira.com/de/download/product/avira-registrycleaner

Avira habe ich installiert, nachdem ich mit avast! nicht weiter gekommen bin (da ich vor lauter Rechtecken nichts sehen konnte)...ich aber halt sicher gehen wollte, dass keine Viren auf dem Rechner sind....

Wenn ich das jetzt deinstalliere, ist der Rechner aber gar nicht mehr geschützt, oder?

Ich werde jetzt einen Experten informieren und er wird deine Logs analysieren. (Das kann etwas dauern.)
Sprichst du auch Englisch..??

Wait no more, lets check out the MBR first

  • Download RogueKiller  and save it on your desktop.
     
    NOTE: If using IE8 or better Smartscreen Filter will need to be disabled

  • Quit all programs
  • Start RogueKiller.exe.
  • Wait until Prescan has finished ... 
  •     Click on Scan
   
 
  • Wait for the end of the scan. 
  • The report has been created on the desktop. 
  • Click on the Delete button.
     
  • The report has been created on the desktop.
  • Next click on the ShortcutsFix   

  • The report has been created on the desktop.
Please post:    All RKreport.txt text files located on your desktop.

On completion of this run could you let me know what problems remain

Download and Install Combofix
 
Download ComboFix from one of the following locations:
Link 1
Link 2
 
VERY IMPORTANT !!! Save ComboFix.exe to your Desktop
 
* IMPORTANT - Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with our tools. If you have difficulty properly disabling your protective programs, refer to this link here
  • Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.
  • Accept the disclaimer and allow to update if it asks




  • When finished, it shall produce a log for you.
  • Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply.[/b]
Notes:
1. Do not mouse-click Combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
2. Do not "re-run" Combofix. If you have a problem, reply back for further instructions.
3.  If after the reboot you get errors about programmes being marked for deletion then reboot, that will cure it.


Please make sure you include the combo fix log in your next reply as well as describe how your computer is running now

Yeah, well...German is not exactly the language one would want to learn, i guess ^^....

Okay, so, here´s the log and besides that everything is like it was before...
Did you see the screenshots i posted quite at the beginning? With all the letters and words being replaced by squares?
That´s the problem basically....there´s no problem running the internet (words, letters, symbols...everything´s fine there) or any other programme like vlc media player etc.

Only got the trouble with Microsoft Office (and avast)  and the whole administration...all nice squares instead of letters there :/
Seems like it´s a problem with the operating system...?!
There are system-updates waiting there, but i only get the error code that there was a problem installing them...

Could that be the source of all that trouble?
