AVAST Error on Starting

Hi:

I am getting an error when I want to start AVAST home edition, the On-access prottection seems to be working fine.

The error at the end of memory scanning is

AVAST ERROR " Error using funtion GetSkin" and the program does not initialize.

Use the search option on this board. Keyword = usigetskin
A lot of threads are already dealing with it and have (possible) solutions.
