Running Avast Internet Security. Up to date on updates. I've installed a program and have been advised to block it from accessing the internet. HOWEVER, when I go to Firewall/Application Rules it's not in the list. When I go to New Application Rule, it's not in the list. Oooh. Found it. Created New Group. Right-clicked and selected New Application Rule and could manually find the program and block outgoing and incoming. It's an answer. I did not see this in the manual, FAQ, help... anywhere. Thus this message. Shouldn't this action/step be somewhere? I was going crazy!
