I searched the forum and it seems that nothing listed here works. I'm told to turn off persistent mode, yet my preferences option is greyed out, so this isn't an option. Also greyed out is the option to quit antivirus and agent. I try to drag the .app file to the trash and it won't move. My license expired and so it just keeps prompting me for a new license key. How can I get rid of this program?? Thanks.
