Hello,
i am a local computer tech for several rural towns where i live. i have recently been called on a problem about a laptop that had a virus on it. i recently went over and installed avast on the laptop to the best of my knowledge that should have fixed his problem. today he called me and told me he is still having an issue with not having the some of the programs that he had before he got the virus. he also told me that he tried to re download these programs but they are not even running. i have a feeling he still has the virus on his computer making his laptop act this way. i would appreciate any help that you can give. thank you
