Are you using Spy Sweeper? If so and you have got rid of what was notified as lopdotcom, it is a false positive warning by Spy Sweeper. Restore the item and get the latest signature file for spy sweeper.
If not, then I would suggest that you try a repair of avast. Add Remove programs, avast! Anti-Virus, Change/Remove button and scroll down to Repair, click next and follow. You need to be on-line to do this.
