Strange problem after unistall

Hi .
I have the problem with web shield off .
My pc run win 8 x64 @ Avast IS 7.0.1474
I make the follow steps :
Boot in  safe mod .
Execute aswclear.exe .
Reboot .
After this i LOST THE KEYBOARD .
Keyboard stopped  work , mouse work ( i try another wired and wirelessnothing  ) .Made several boots but no lucky .
At the end i try the windows restore to go back one day .
After this is all OK

Any idea ?

I had same issue on windows 7 ,i tried all other solutions.But after reboot issue was here again so i stopped windows defender and started it again andnow it is working fine. DETAILS : go to Control Panel ->System and  security -> Administrative tools click on SERVICES ,find WINDOWS DEFENDER and Stop the service and start it
