can't connect to acc

Hi people
I have problem with connecting my account with Avast. It was connected, but suddenly it's not. When I type in email and pass it says it's connected (but it's not) and gives me link to the avast site. But, I can't add device on site and it doesn't connect and also I can't scan it. What to do? thx in advance.

  I am getting the same thing. I can't update. It tell me that I can't connect to the server. Something is going on with Avast.
