yes i do seem to have moved away from claro.....and google seems to be locked as search engine on chrome ....at least on the first page.  The computer just looks at bit like a maze and you get a different view depending on where you are looking from but I do seem to be able to use normally just not accessing anything that requires a password.  There seems to be ghost files and desktop.ini all over the place

Need to request permission to be administrator but i haven't noticed any changes since yesterday....actually i have a new clear.fi symbol on my desktop but haven't set up a home network so hope that they can't access other computers in the house

You are trying to open some system hidden folders hence the warnings

Lets run a quick repair to set the permissions back to normall

Download  Windows Repair (all in one)  from this site

Install the programme then run



Go to step 3 and allow it to run SFC



On the start repairs tab click start


Select the following  items and tick restart system when finished
