Sandboxed IE9 can't open web pages

Hi,

Whenever I sandbox IE9, every page I go to won't open. There will always be a  notification at the bottom that says "A problem caused Internet Explorer to open this page in Compatibility Mode." Sometimes, IE9 won't even start up. The window will pop up, but it's a blank white window, and it freezes  before the sandbox border appears, then IE automatically closes. I've had this problem for a long time now, every PC I have with AIS has this.

I have the same problem. IE 9 only opens when you use your administror rights.
