I can't start Real-time shield, Mail shield and network shield I just downloaded the Internet Security how do I get fully protected.

Did you uninstall your previous antivirus first? Did you try running a repair on Avast?

No I haven't I just followed the instruction that came with the download

This is not a trial and I didn't uninstall the free avast

remove free avast anti virus before installing the suite

So you tried to install Avast Internet Security on top of Avast Free? No wonder your having issues. Uninstall both and start all over.

Thanks for all the help I did a repair and re-started my computer and everything working now
